Our Designs
All of our designs are handcrafted in Phoenix, Arizona. Meeting with each bride to discuss her personal style and design ideas is wonderful but NOT always necessary. Phone consultations and the use of digital photo's make it possible to work with anyone, anywhere at anytime. Don't hesitate to call with any questions.

We Create Style & Elegance for each Bride using carefully hand selected Swarovski Crystals, Freshwater Pearls and an array of colorful Gemstones, along with Sterling Silver findings and accent beads. Gold accent beads are also available for any design.

Deposits
All Custom Jewelry designs require a 50% deposit of the total order. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery.
Deposits are refundable for 24hrs from time they are received, Less a 10% processing fee.
After that time a store/design credit will be offered.

Return Policy
Refunds are not available on "Custom" orders as they have been designed to your specifications.

Store Credit is often available; Please ask if your designs would qualify.

Repairs
We guarantee the quality of our work and will happily repair any faulty defects free of charge.
Damage due to rough wear and tear may be subject to a small fee.

Cleaning Tips
Using a Micro Fiber cloth or your "oldest/softest" dish towel, wet with just water and wring it as dry as possible. Softly run it over your Swarovski crystals, Freshwater pearls and Gemstones,this will remove any make-up, perfume etc. without damaging your jewelry.
A silver polishing cloth will clean up your silver clasps.

Helpful Hint!
Keep your jewelry in a plastic baggie, any will do as long it is big enough to lay your jewelry out flat-not all bunched up.
This keeps the air off of the silver and will help keep it looking shiny and new between cleanings.
